Tam nab\u00eddne \u010dlov\u011bk s finan\u010dn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my nemovitost do z\u00e1stavy a d\u00edky tomu dostane pen\u00edze naprosto bez probl\u00e9m\u016f. Ale pochopiteln\u011b mus\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm, \u017ee nedostanou tolik pen\u011bz, kolik \u010din\u00ed hodnota jimi zastaven\u00e9 nemovitosti. 100% hypot\u00e9ka u\u017e se u n\u00e1s neposkytuje, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u017edy jist\u00e9, \u017ee nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnost dostane zp\u011bt to, na co m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok.
